One Belleview Station

One Belleview Station is an office building and parking garage combo located in the Denver Tech Center as part of a mass transit hub redevelopment. The office building is comprised of three cast in place stair/elevator cores. The remainder of the office building structure is all precast including double tees, spandrels, inverted tee beams, L-beams, columns, and cladding panels at the framed corners. The attached parking garage is a total precast structure made up of double tees, beams, columns, shearwalls, and precast stairs and slabs. The project has a total of 2,635 pieces of precast concrete forming these two structures!

FDG was able to have a seat at the design team table early on to assist in shaping this project into an efficient and elegant looking building for the owner and designers. FDG’s project management team has many years of experience in this arena and welcomes these opportunities to offer up precast knowledge to help architects and engineers develop a project into the best use of the precast medium.
